Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Wrestling AI. The two sections most worth actually reading are 7 — the analysis is not coaching or medical advice and 8 — cutting weight. Please read those properly even if you skim everything else.

1. Agreeing to these terms

Wrestling AI ("the app") is operated by Sharoz Javaid, a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By downloading, signing into, or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use Wrestling AI

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wrestling AI.

You also confirm that you are not barred from using the app under the laws of your country, and that any information you give us about yourself is accurate.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple. Keep control of your Apple ID — you are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Tell us at sharoz@rip.build if you believe someone else has accessed it.

One account is for one person. Do not share credentials or resell access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Wrestling AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, currency, and billing period are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is handled entirely by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. We never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us. We can't issue App Store refunds directly, but email us and we will help you where we can.

We may change pricing for future billing periods. If we do, you will be told in advance and can cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Your footage stays yours

You keep any ownership rights you have in footage you upload. We do not claim ownership of it.

To make the app work, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit, and analyze your footage solely for the purpose of providing the service to you — for example, uploading it to our analysis provider and generating your report. This licence exists to run the product and for no other reason. It ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your footage to train our own AI models, and we will not use it in marketing without asking you first.

You are responsible for having the right to record and upload what you submit — including complying with your school's, club's, league's, or event's rules on filming, and with the law where you are. Do not upload footage you are not allowed to have.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Use the app to harass, stalk, intimidate, or build a dossier on another athlete.
• Upload sexual content, content involving the exploitation of minors, or anything unlawful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or break into the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the analysis output as your own product.
• Use the app in a way that breaks the rules of a competition you are competing in.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. The analysis is not coaching advice

Decisions you make based on the app's output — how you train, what you drill, how you game-plan an opponent — are your own responsibility.

8. Weight, hydration, and your health

Wrestling AI is not a medical device and makes no diagnostic claims. Apple Health data is displayed for your own reference only.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Analysis depends on third-party services that can go down or change.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will tell you, and you may cancel.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Wrestling AI at any time, delete synced footage in the app, and permanently delete your account and synced data from Profile → Data controls → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email sharoz@rip.build for help. Cancel any active subscription through Apple separately.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Except where you have broken these terms, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to retrieve your data.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the analysis will be accurate, that the app will improve your wrestling, or that it will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, or injury arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from footage you uploaded without the right to do so, from your breach of these terms, or from your unlawful use of the app.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in California will have jurisdiction — except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, which we do not take away.

15. Other terms

• Apple. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. These terms are between you and us alone. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce them against you.
• Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the app.
• Severability. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a sale of the business.
• Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before taking effect, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
